FCM launched the first-ever Workforce Website Benchmark Study to examine how workforce organizations utilize the web for outreach to job seekers, businesses, youth and key stakeholders. FCM worked with more than 37 workforce organizations who allowed FCM access to their website statistics and completed an extensive survey about their online publishing behaviors.
