The Susquehanna Workforce Network (SWN) hired FCM to assist with a re-branding effort that included a communications audit and market research to inform development of a new brand identity and website, as well as a strategic communications plan and social media strategies to improve outreach to target audiences. The website received a Davey Award and a Standards of Excellence WebAward in the non-profit category for its performance against seven industry benchmarks that measure website design, performance, copywriting, and ease of use.
