The 2013-2014 California State Budget appropriated $25 million to the California Community College Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) as funding for two-year planning and implementation grants to eligible consortia for the purpose of developing regional plans for adult education. FCM was contracted by the Sequoias Adult Education Consortium, whose membership covers parts of Tulare and Kings Counties, and includes the College of the Sequoias and the ten school districts within the geographic boundaries of the college district, as well as partner organizations. FCM designed a logo and website for the consortium, and then, as part of execution strategies, FCM developed the Sequoias Pathway Tool, an interactive microsite that allows exploration of the educational and career pathways available in the region.

“FCM by far is the gold standard of professionalism, innovation and creativity and a true partner when they take on a contract. Not only do they understand the education terrain, but they bring insights to apply information in a highly strategic manner at every meeting. I would highly recommend FCM to any regional consortium that wants to elevate their work and would not hesitate to hire them again.”
