San Diego, CA — The Young Adult Internship Program’s (YAIP) youth video was selected for the 2012 Davey Awards, an annual competition judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA). The project was a collaboration between Full Capacity Marketing, Inc. (FCM), the Workforce Professionals Training Institute, and New York City’s (NYC) Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) - - part of Mayor Bloomberg’s Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO). The YAIP is an innovative program that connects NYC businesses with subsidized youth workforce talent, and trains motivated young people for career readiness and internships. FCM developed a series of educational, humorous videos to help youth adapt to the culture of corporate environment.
